In Woodinville, at the mixed-use Harvest development, its main retail component opened last month — as the DJC then reported. A formal announcement from developer Wood Mountain came this week regarding The Yard. Among the long list of mostly wine- and food-related tenants is a notable exception: the co-work firm Kiln, which will take 22,045 square feet. That's to open in the third quarter of next year. CEO Arian Lewis said in a statement, “Harvest brings together so much of what we believe makes a place special; thoughtful design, genuine hospitality and opportunities for connection.” Based in Salt Lake City, Kiln was established in 2018, pre-pandemic, and now lists about two dozen locations (both operating and planned); those are mostly on the West Coast and in the Rocky Mountain states. Kiln's website lists other coming locations in Fremont and Bellevue. Back at Harvest, the retail space is now about 90% leased. Jennifer Seversen at CBRE leads the leasing effort. And, on Saturday, Oct. 17, Harvest will host a fall harvest festival and official ribbon-snipping ceremony.
