For $10M, CBRE sells LDS church to city of Kirkland

The property is a little northeast of Totem Lake, on the south end of the Kingsgate area.

As the DJC first reported in April, CBRE then put a half dozen churches belonging to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints on the block.
