In pending $340M deal, Vulcan to sell Amazon-leased tower at West Main

Over the summer, industry sources said that Vulcan Real Estate would sell the south office tower (of three) at its West Main, in downtown Bellevue. All three were leased during construction to Amazon, which has to date only occupied that south building, aka Dynamo, at 85 106th Ave. N.E., on the corner of Main Street. (The complex, completed over two years ago, is a condominium.)
