First look: 192 units from Koz in Redmond

The anticipated land assemblage is walkable to the downtown light-rail station.

As the DJC first reported this summer, Koz Development intends a land assemblage and apartment project on the north side of downtown Redmond. That now goes by Koz on 164th, to be a seven-story, 192-unit workforce housing project, with the developer acting as its own architect.
