Gas station goes for nearly $8M

GIG HARBOR — A Sinclair gas station and mini-mart at 5006 Point Fosdick Drive recently sold for $7.8 million, according to Pierce County records.

The seller was Sall Enterprises, which acquired the property in 2017 for $3.1 million.
