Amazon pays $195M for five-level warehouse in Chicago

The huge structure is technically a two-story building.

Reports emerged this summer from Chicago media that Amazon had its eyes on a big new distribution center that Logistics Property Co. was selling. The empty five-story structure at 1237 W. Division St., spanning some 1.2 million square feet, was then being offered by JLL.
