Kirkland retail sells for over $10M

KIRKLAND — A strip mall at 8425 122nd Ave. N.E. sold this week for just over $10.2 million, according to King County records.

The seller was Kirklandia LLC, which acquired the property in 2021 for over $6.7 million.
