32 Parkland units sell for over $4M

PIERCE COUNTY — An apartment complex at 12712-12720 C St. S. sold last week for $4.7 million, according to Pierce County records.

The seller was HC 12712 C LLC, which acquired the property in 2018 for about $4.3 million.
