Quarterra buys church land, 257 Enumclaw units to follow

In Oregon, Quarterra’s Emblem Oswego gives a good idea of what’s to come in Enumclaw.

As planned, Quarterra has purchased a mostly bare development site from Trinity Lutheran Church in Enumclaw. (The actual church is located some distance away, and won't be touched.) King County recorded the over $6.7 million deal this week.
