Empty Kirkland commercial building trades for over $3M

KIRKLAND — A vacant commercial building at 720 Eighth Ave. sold last week for $3.2 million, according to King County records.

The seller was 720 8th Ave LLC, which acquired the property in 2021 for $3 million.
