Another eatery added to menu at Vulcan's Lake Union Piers

Once known as Chandler's Cove, Lake Union Piers is owned by Vulcan Real Estate. Before the pandemic, new buildings had been proposed for the waterfront complex at 809-901 Fairview Ave. N. Vulcan subsequently rethought that notion, and opted instead to renovate the existing buildings and piers. The Miller Hull Partnership and Abbott Construction led that effort, which wrapped two years ago.
