Kendrick Landing opens with 245 affordable units near Lakewood Station

The apartments opened in the past few months.

The S Line is part of Sound Transit's heavy-rail operation, more commonly known as the Sounder. It has a station in Lakewood, and DevCo purchased 4.6 acres there three years ago for an apartment project dubbed Kendrick Landing. Groundwork began in the summer of 2024.
