Des Moines retail sells for over $32M

DES MOINES — The Safeway-anchored Redondo Square shopping center, at 27005 Pacific Hwy S., sold this week for $32.1 million, according to King County records.

The seller was Redondo Prime I LLC, which under a different name acquired the property in 2014 for $24.9 million. That LLC is associated with Gerrity, of Southern California, a regular retail investor in our market.
