Lake Stevens retail sells for over $30M

LAKE STEVENS — A shopping center at 303 91st Ave. N.E. sold in recent months for $30.5 million. Snohomish County is currently experiencing technical issues, so the sale date is uncertain.

The seller was Lake Stevens GRF2 LLC. That's associated with Gerrity, of Southern California, a regular retail investor in our market. It acquired the property in 2016 for $17.5 million.
