TCO arrives for small Squire Park infill project

All 20 units are one-bedrooms.

Work began in the spring of 2024 at 125 15th Ave. on a small apartment project, a block north of Yesler Way. And this month came the temporary certificate of occupancy for the five-story, 20-unit building.
