Third Riverfront apartment building nears completion in Everett

Looking northwest, the six-story north building is targeting a summer opening.

On the east side of Everett, tucked between the freeway and the Snohomish River, is Riverfront, a 221-acre redevelopment of old landfill, tire dumps and lumber mills — some of it polluted from that past industrial use.
