Carrix claims four floors at The Jack for new HQ

Olson Kundig designed the award-winning office project, with JTM Construction as the builder.

At 74 S. Jackson St., facing Alaskan Way, the temporary certificate of occupancy came three years ago. JLL is the office broker for developer Urban Visions, which last month announced the Muckleshoot Tribe as a new co-owner of the vacant eight-story, 145,500-squre-foot building, aka The Jack.
