Tishman Speyer plans refresh for Chrysler Building

Restoration will include an upscale lounge with outdoor access on the 61st floor.

Over in Bellevue, Tishman Speyer is still planning a big office development to replace the Sheraton — demolished a few years ago — just west of the freeway on 112th Avenue.
