Bitter Lake units sell for over $37M

Built in 1993, the five-story Cooper Apartments is located in the Bitter Lake neighborhood. Between 2020 and 2024, it received more than $6.8 million in capital improvements.

SEATTLE — Security Properties announced Monday that is has purchased a 186-unit apartment complex at 13530 Linden Ave. N. for $37.5 million.
