Nursing home sells for $59M

REDMOND — A nursing home at 9988 Avondale Road N.E. sold last week for $59 million, according to King County records.

The seller was REDM LLC, which is associated with original developer Lytle Enterprises. It acquired the land in 2004 for $265,788, then later put up the building.
