Growing list of homes here for sale

SEATTLE — The overall inventory of area homes for sale is growing, according to the Realtor.com October monthly housing report.

Seattle-Tacoma-Bellevue area is seeing significantly faster inventory growth than the national average, the report says. Active listings in Seattle jumped 29.9% year-over-year, compared to a national average increase of 7.4%.
