Survey: Less Y2K stress in NW ... Newsweek recently reported that a handful of otherwise normal Americans are so flipped about the Year 2000 Bug that they're heading to the hills to buy property where they can avoid the chaos. According to our very unscientific and limited survey, the Northwest -- normally a bastion of rural nuttiness -- isn't getting any of the action.
