Real Estate Buzz: Opus buys Northpointe site
Opus Northwest finally closed on buying 92 acres next to Interstate 5 near Lynnwood on which to develop a 713,000-square-foot office complex called Northpointe Corporate Campus.
Bellevue-based Opus tied up the unincorporated Snohomish County site more than two years ago and proceeded to take its plans through permitting.
