Goodman shows Cadillac replacement

John Goodman has added a missing piece to his controversial bid to demolish the earthquake-damaged Cadillac Building: A rough drawing and other details of a seven-story office building that would replace the historic Cadillac.

This preliminary sketch shows the 10-story office building that John Goodman proposes to build in place of the historic Cadillac Building.

Opponents, skeptics and sideline observers had suggested that Goodman could increase his chances of getting permission to raze the three-story, Pioneer Square structure if he showed in advance what he wanted to replace it with.
