Change is whirling about Issaquah at the offices of long-time development company Rowley Enterprises. It has a new name, Rowley Properties, a new leader, Kari Magill Rowley, and a new direction.
Instead of focusing solely on its hometown, the 50-year-old company now is seeking investment opportunities throughout the region.
