The sleek marketing sign for the Braeburn — a mixed-use project at 15th and Pine on Seattle's Capitol Hill — proved too tempting for one hooligan with an industrial-strength Sharpie.
Among the images on the colorful sign was a pair of men embracing as they smiled slyly and looked into the camera. In an angry-looking script a vandal scrawled: "Gay friendly but not affordable!"
