Longtime Seattle developer and architect Val Thomas wanted more time to do projects that caught his interest. He also was hoping to ensure longevity for his company.
So Val Thomas Inc. recently combined operations with the larger Seattle-based development company, Lorig Associates, although VTI with Thomas as president will remain a separate company.
