Tulalip Tribes’ Business Park will bring change to Marysville

  • Wal-Mart and Home Depot will anchor an 800-acre business park adjacent to I-5. Future plans call for a retail center plus a regional entertainment complex with a hotel, conference center and a new Tulalip casino.

    For years it has been the dream of the Tulalip Tribes to develop an 800-acre, multimillion-dollar business park on reservation land adjacent to Interstate 5 northwest of Marysville.

    The Quil Ceda business park on the Tulalip Tribes’ reservation west of Marysville and adjacent to I-5 is a multimillion-dollar development that will bring big changes to north Snohomish County.

    Today, the Quil Ceda Village retail center and business park is becoming a reality, and perhaps a catalyst for even more growth in north Snohomish County.
