THE COLD FACTS ON COLD CALLING

Sometimes I don't know who calls more -- long distance telephone carriers or real estate agents. My response is often the same ("I do not anticipate any changes in the near future") unless the call comes in the middle of an infrequent family dinner -- which happens just about every time we all sit down to eat because ALL East coast telemarketers genuinely assume the entire world is in their time zone.
