KENMORE -- It was in the speakeasy. This secret room, dank and sinister, sat deep in the belly of the mammoth brick French Provincial -- a room whose mystery was compounded by the notion that it could only be reached via a trap door from a closet in the main hallway. The concrete floors and walls were chilling and apparently linked to a series of catacomb-like trails extending far beyond the actual footprint of the house.
