Some folks fall through cracks in refinancing

Just when it seemed like there were more options than ever available for home loans, the exception comes limping down the road. Last week, while reading the new loan ceilings for mortgages insured by the Federal Housing Administration, I got a letter from a man who was simply trying to turn his financial picture around after a long, difficult struggle.
