One of the more difficult and time consuming tasks for graduate students and newcomers to the job market is finding affordable housing – not to mention housing equity.
Down payment funds are hard to come by when you’ve had little time to save. And, unless some of the monthly outlay is going toward the purchase of property – known as a lease-option agreement – the monthly rent is flushed down the housing tube.
