Corporate transfers often surface in the spring. Unlike colorful, blooming-season flowers, some moves are not terribly welcome.
While some companies bend over backward to accommodate and facilitate, many workers are on their own to find a new address in a new town in a short period of time. This can lead to rapid house-hunting trips and a lack of loyalty toward real estate agents.
