Valve takes nine floors in Lincoln Square tower

  • Leases are in place or being finalized for 70 percent of the 710,000-square-foot Bellevue office tower.

    Valve Corp. has leased 225,000 square feet in the new Lincoln Square office tower in Bellevue that is being developed by Kemper Development Co.

    The fast growing game company leased floors 11 through 19 and will move its headquarters to the tower in May 2017, said Jim Melby, president of Bellevue-based Kemper.
