Evolution Projects' latest project in Fremont will house its HQ and Revel

Cedar Speedster will combine space for Revel restaurant with office space for the developer and local retailer evo.

Construction began this week on Cedar Speedster, a 39,831-square-foot building that will bring Revel restaurant back to its original spot at North 36th Street and Phinney Avenue in Fremont.
