Real Estate Buzz: Vulcan, Harbor teaming up on S. Lake Union housing
Harbor Properties, a downtown Seattle apartment tower development company, is talking to Paul Allen's Vulcan Northwest about teaming up on some South Lake Union apartment projects.
Harbor executive Stephen Fina said the two haven't finalized any deal. "We're not partners yet," he said. "It's very much in its infancy."
