Developer Opus Northwest held a media event this week to show off a model condo in Fifteen Twenty-One Second Avenue, a recently completed 143-unit downtown Seattle upscale high-rise complex.
The two-bedroom, 1.75-bath condo on the 22nd story has water views and is close to Pike Place Market. Eleven units still are available, according to William Justen, who conceived the design concepts for the condo complex. Last summer there were five left, but some buyers dropped out due to the economy and changes in their lives, he said.
