A once-vacant office building at 22011 S.E. 51st St. — near Costco's headquarters in Issaquah — has sold for $29 million, according to King County records.
The seller was CRE Sammamish A2 LLC, a fund managed by Minneapolis-based Onward Investors, which acquired the empty building in 2016 as part of a larger transaction worth $21.1 million.
