Port of Vancouver

Beth R. Reynosa has been named Port of Vancouver's Property Administrator. Reynosa reports to Patricia B. Stryker, Port Director of Property and Development. Reynosa works closely with Stryker and the environmental affairs/capital projects manager to promote utilization of Port facilities. Her responsibilities include capital project coordination, tenant relations and property development and maintenance permitting.

Linda Sellers Communications

Karen Johnson has been hired by Linda Sellers Communications as an account executive. Johnson will work with agency clients in a variety of industries, including health care, high tech, real estate development, manufacturing and professional services.

Karr Tuttle Campbell

As part of its 1996 Civic Awards luncheon ceremony held at the Seattle Sheraton, the Municipal League of King County honored Bellevue attorney and former city council member Terry Lukens with the James R. Ellis Regional Leadership Award. In addition to his work on the Bellevue City Council, Lukens is a shareholder at the law firm of Karr Tuttle Campbell, where he has practiced real estate, business and corporate law since 1974. Lukens has been active in local government since 1984, including membership in the Bellevue Planning Commission, council member for the Municipality of Metropolitan Seattle, president and board member of the Suburban Cities Association and a two-year term as mayor of Bellevue. He also belongs to the Bellevue Rotary.

Seattle Housing Authority

The Seattle Housing Authority has been designated as a High Performer by the Seattle HUD Office under the "Public Housing Management Assessment Program." The assessment covered the Housing Authority's fiscal year ending September 30, 1995.

Port of Olympia

Kari Qvigstad, an experienced marketer of international trade and logistics business activities, is now the Port of Olympia's director of marketing and trade development. She will focus not only on diversifying the port's marine terminal activities, but also marketing the port's industrial park, aviation, recreational marine and commercial real estate segments of business. Qvigstad has had extensive experience as vice president and sales manager of Kamigumi U.S.A. Inc., a Japanese freight forwarding company in Seattle; manager of marketing and sales for Tacoma Cold Storage, LP in Tacoma, and operating her own international business consulting company in Olympia.

Harold H. Greene, Executive Vice President & Manager of Seafirst Bank was named Chairman of the Downtown Seattle Association Board of Trustees. Mr. Greene succeeds A.M. Clise, President and CEO of Clise Properties, Inc. Assuming the Office of First Vice Chairman is J. Michael Rona, VP & Executive Administrator, Virginia Mason Medical Center. The Office of Vice Chairman is assumed by Thomas P. Harville, Chairman and CEO, The Bon Marche. Blake Nordstrom, Co-President, Norstrom, assumes the Office of Treasurer.
