Francine Ott has joined Sellers & Company as an account coordinator. Ott works with clients in a variety of industries, including real estate development, health care, high tech, manufacturing and professional services. She is responsible for media pitches, newsletters, brochures, special event planning and market research. Sellers & Company, formerly Linda Sellers Communications, is a public relations and advertising agency that develops smart marketing communications strategies.

CB Commercial Real Estate Group has announced the promotion of Jim Kinerk to vice president. Kinerk has been with CB Commercial for 12 years, specializing in office building sales and leasing in the Bellevue office.
Industry Mortgage Company has appointed Ian Knocker as manager of the company's new Bellevue office. Knocker will be responsible for identifying and analyzing growth opportunities in the market, monitoring loan production and customer service, and overseeing branch profitability.
Windermere Real Estate has announced the addition of five sales associates. Richard Powers has joined Windermere-Northeast from Hallmark Realty Corporation, having worked in real estate for two years. Federal Way's Al Franzen enters real estate after six years in manufacturing management. John Nechvatal, Deborah Verde and Mark Schmale have joined the Windermere-Auburn office.
Qpoint Home Mortgage Loans, Inc. announced the addition of Lori McLaughlin to its staff as vice president/builder services. McLaughlin has extensive experience in the mortgage industry having served as vice president and area manager for First Franklin Financial and Washington Mutual Savings Bank.
The National Association of Industrial and Offices Properties (NAIOP) will hold a panel discussion entitled "There's More Room at the Inn: What's Happening in the Puget Sound Hotel Market."
