Gleason

Tacoma-based Real Estate Investment Services opened offices in Kent and Seattle. Chad Gleason manages the Kent office on West Meeker Street. Gleason, who also owns Gleason and Co., is a real estate and investment broker who specializes in retail, small office and investment properties. He is president-elect of the Kent Downtown Partnership. Chad Anderson, co-owner of Real Estate Investment Services, manages the Seattle office on Dexter Avenue. He specializes in commercial sales and leasing, property management and investment properties. He also handles receiverships and commercial REOs for local banks.

Santangelo

Rice

Jim Rice and Nick Santangelo joined CBRE Capital Markets, creating a new debt and equity finance team in Portland. Rice is an executive vice president and the leader of the Northwest region, which includes Portland and Seattle. Previously he worked for Berkadia Commercial Mortgage, managing offices in Seattle, Portland and San Francisco. Santangelo is a vice president at CBRE. He also worked at Berkadia.

Kidder Mathews

Harkestad

Retail specialist Rune Harkestad joined Kidder Mathews' Bellevue brokerage division as a vice president. He was with First Western Properties, where his focus was acquiring sites for Walgreens, KeyBank, Sonic restaurants and others. He now works on retail and development sites.

Axia Financial

Keith Frachiseur joined Axia Financial as president. He was president of Evergreen Home Loans as it grew from three to 22 branches and more than tripled revenues during the real estate downturn. Bellevue-based Axia has 11 branches across Washington.

Keller Williams

Shari Jansen is CEO/team leader of Keller Williams Realty's Wallingford office. Aaron Petersen is managing broker. Michael Norton is CFO. New Keller Williams brokers are Irene Pappas, Robin Wilcott, Michael Pearce, Barb Brown, Bob Boyd, Sue Schindler, Cory Wilcox and Tyson Lim.

NBS Real Estate

NBS Real Estate Capital of Portland changed its name to Morrison Street Capital. The firm was founded by CEO Rance Gregory and Norris, Beggs & Simpson, and the ownership is unchanged. The name change is intended to eliminate confusion with the Morrison Street funds that the company manages. The company will move next month from the second floor to the 18th floor at 121 S.W. Morrison St.

EMB Management

The Bellevue office of EMB Management, a condo community management company, added Shumway Condominiums of Kirkland and the Stellina Condominium Association in Seattle to its portfolio.

Foreclosure class
