Take a look at Stadium Place and you can see the past and future of Pioneer Square.
Nearly half of the two-block project on the north edge of the CenturyLink Field parking lot is in place. The west block has a building that represents the past in Nolo, a 10-story, 161-unit apartment building with a brick exterior mixed with marble; and Wave, a 26-story, 331-unit building with an angular curtain wall design that peeks into the future. Nolo opened last fall, and Wave is scheduled to open in the summer.
