Real Estate Buzz: How hot is Seattle’s hotel market? Developers building 1,500 rooms, more coming

A 23-story Embassy Suites hotel is starting now at Stadium Place, along with a conference center. An 18-story office tower will share the podium, but it won’t start without pre-leasing.

Construction is underway on the second block of Stadium Place on the north lot of Century Link Field.
