On the Block: Vibrant Cities plans 17-story tower with 200 units on Bush Garden site in the ID
Last fall an LLC related to Vibrant Cities paid $7.5 million for the Bush Garden property, at 614 Maynard Ave. S. in the International District. The 14,400-square-foot site is on the northeast corner of Maynard and South Lane Street.
Now the local developer has filed plans for a 17-story residential tower with 200 units, retail and 70 stalls of underground parking on three levels. Parking will be accessed from the alley to the east. Zoning requires one bicycle stall for every residential unit.
