Seattle Arts & Lectures

Online: Bill Gates will discuss his book “How to Avoid a Climate Disaster: The Solutions We Have and the Breakthroughs We Need.” Gates, a Medina resident, co-founded Microsoft and now co-chairs the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. He also launched Breakthrough Energy, an effort to commercialize clean energy and other climate-related technologies. The event is part of the SAL Presents series. 7:30 p.m. Ticket prices vary.
