Seattle Market Center

Bay West Group, a San Francisco-based design center ownership and management group, has hired Lynda Coile as property manager of Seattle Design Center and Seattle Gift Center. Both facilities are managed by Seattle Market Center for Bay West Group. Previously, Coile worked with Polygon Management Inc., Kirkland; Koll Management Services, Bellevue; and The Sammis Company, Seattle.

New manager for Columbia Seafirst Center

The Norman Company has named Valarie Tomey as the new general manager of the Columbia Seafirst Center, Seattle's largest office building. Tomey is responsible for managing the 76-story building, including all tenant relations, marketing, personnel, building maintenance, financial management and tenant improvements.

CB Commercial

Bruce Peart has joined CB Commercial Real Estate Group as a vice president, specializing in the sale of investment properties in the Puget Sound area. Prior to joining CB Commercial, Peart was employed by Grubb & Ellis Commercial Real Estate as an investment property specialist.

RE/MAX

RE/MAX Pacific Northwest Inc. has named Phil Van Eynde, sales associate with RE/MAX Eastside Brokers, one of the April 1995 top ten sales associates for the Pacific Northwest Region. Also RE/MAX Real Estate offices across the Northwest, in the last year have contributed over $60,000 to Children's Miracle Network hospitals in Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Montana.
