Brian Adams jumps to Kidder

Established broker Brian Adams and two younger brokers working with him, Zach Vall-Spinoza and Joe Lynch, left CB Richard Ellis' Eastside office to join Kidder Mathews & Segner. Kidder's Eastside office had recently lost John Concannon, who set out on his own. Kidder the past few years has grown mostly through an expressed strategy of hiring experienced brokers from other firms. CB Richard Ellis, meanwhile, has endured a string of departures the past few years from a combination of brokers forming their own firms and jumping to competing brokerages.
