Mike Newton and Christian Mattson of NAI Global represented Hillstrom Ventures in the sale of the Hillstrom Cabinets Building at 18504 Canyon Road E. in Puyallup for $6.5 million to Pinion, LLC. The industrial building has 65,450 square feet.
CREW Seattle's June luncheon is today from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. The topic is “University of Washington: Bare Bones About Construction at the Dawg's House.” Eric Smith, director of capital projects at the UW, will talk about ongoing construction projects on the Seattle, Tacoma and Bothell campuses. NAIOP's June 17 breakfast meeting will look at the story behind each of seven completed projects. The speakers will be Dan Ivanoff on The Bravern, Joe Blattner on the Millard & Lowes build-to-suit, Douglas Howe on West 8th, Kevin Wallace on 507 Northgate, Bart Brynstad on Whirlpool, Robert Arron on 2201 Westlake and Tom Parsons on 1521 Second Avenue. NAIOP will hold a members-only event on Thursday, June 25 from 4 to 7 p.m. at Metropolitan Park West, 1100 Olive Way, on the 17th floor rooftop deck. The Benaroya Companies is sponsoring the event.
