Jeff Stoner and John Stoner of Paragon Real Estate Advisors represented the seller of a six-unit apartment building at 6201 11th Ave. N.W. in Ballard. They said in a press release that the building sold at 95 percent of the list price for a final price of $660,000.
NAI Puget Sound Properties agent Gordon Fouts handled sale of the Ananda Building at 6509 Roosevelt Way N.E. The single-story retail building has 2,450 square feet and sold for $640,000. The seller was R. Bruce McDonald and the buyer was Muhammad Salah Uddin. The co-broker was Mark Heach of Steele Development.

Coldwell Banker Bain and Coldwell Banker Barbara Sue Seal Properties are offering a new tool that will allow consumers to post listings directly to Facebook and Twitter. The tool is available on CBBain.com and CBSeal.com. Visitors to the site will find Facebook and Twitter icons under each property listing. “We know our clients are connecting with family and friends on social media sites more than ever,” said Dick Fulton, executive vice president of CBBain and CBSeal.
