Bentall LP, Kennedy Associates

Poutasse
Douglas Poutasse was named executive vice president of Strategy and Research for Canada-based Bentall LP, a real estate advisory and services company, and Bentall's U.S. partner, Seattle-based Kennedy Associates. He worked at AEW Capital Management as chief investment strategist. He is past president of the National Council of Real Estate Investment Fiduciaries and is on the board of the Real Estate Research Institute.

Grubb & Ellis Landauer

Grubb & Ellis Landauer Valuation Advisory Services opened in Seattle. Chad A. Campbell heads the office. He was managing director of the Northwest region for CB Richard Ellis Valuation & Advisory Services. The Seattle office is one of 12 across the country. Landauer officials said the company will grow to more than 350 appraisers with a presence in every key market in the nation.

Wilde
Steve Wilde joined Network Home Loans as vice president and manager of the Everett branch. He previously worked for HomeStreet Bank, where he managed the Mountlake Terrace branch.

The commercial real estate group NAIOP's 7:30 a.m. Oct. 8 breakfast meeting in Tacoma will examine alternative financing options. Colliers International, ATREG

Smith
Tim Smith joined the Bellevue office of Colliers International as a senior vice president. He specializes in Eastside office tenant and landlord representation. Smith has negotiated more than one million square feet of office deals. Colliers also said it has spun off ATREG, the Advanced Technology Resource Group, into its own, independent advisory firm. ATREG will continue to serve semiconductor and advanced technology manufacturing clients, selling businesses or business units, processes and products, and doing other consulting work. Colliers will be ATREG's preferred real estate provider. ATREG will be based in Seattle and led by Stephen Rothrock, who was ATREG senior vice president and executive director. All ATREG employees are transferring to the company's new location.

NAI Puget Sound Properties

Bellevue-based NAI Puget Sound Properties is opening a Tacoma office and adding a multi-family investment sales division. The company hired brokers Bruce Goldstein, Kim Marvik, Doug Smith and Hugh Winskill to work in the downtown branch. Billy Moultrie and Christian Mattson, who work the industrial sector, will join the Tacoma office. Moultrie will be the managing broker.

Grubb & Ellis, DCT Industrial Trust

DCT Industrial Trust has chosen Grubb & Ellis to manage seven Seattle-area industrial properties totaling 1.1 million square feet. Heather Nix and Lee Wallis will lead the management team. This spring, DCT chose Grubb & Ellis to handle leasing of the properties. The portfolio is 95 percent leased, and consists of four properties in Kent, two in Algona and one in Renton.

Speed networking at CREW
